Personalised Care Planning for Residents
A care plan will be developed by our management team, working with the resident and their relatives/significant others. During which, we address essential care and health needs, and personal preferences, such as how they like their tea or coffee. We ask about special food options we can order for them, and how we can make their bedroom feel like home.
To tailor the experience to their unique needs, we encourage them to personalise their rooms with personal photos and artwork and take note of important details, such as activities they enjoy and music tastes, to create customised playlists.
