We support NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS Funded Nursing Care.
Fully Furnished for Your Comfort
Of the 29 available rooms, 1 is a large double room, and the remaining 28 are singles. A number of en-suite rooms are available upon request, subject to availability.
All our care home rooms are fully furnished with a hospital bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and artwork on the wall. They are carpeted, and this is renewed regularly, or as required. Our handyman ensures they are painted and decorated, when needed.
We encourage you and your family to make the room as personalised as possible, and are always happy to put pictures or personal art on the walls. If you have a piece of furniture you would like in the room, this can be facilitated. Free WiFi is also available in all of the rooms at The Lawns.
Our Care Home Room Prices
With some placements, you may qualify for Attendance Allowance or Disability Allowance. We can help you explore your benefits, entitlements and payment options. Please note: fees are due monthly, one month in advance.
Our pricing policy is reviewed annually. Guide prices from March 2025 are as follows:
Residential Occupancy
With various-sized rooms available, residential occupancy will range from £1000 to £1300 per week.
With Specialist Nursing Care
Residential occupancy with dedicated specialist nursing care, available 24 hours a day, will range from £1000 to £1300 + *Funded Nursing Care (FNC) (£254.06 from April 2025) per week.
